Finals study tip

A controversy sweeping campuses across the country is the abuse of Adderol. Desperate students will do anything to “score” a few “hits” of this Attention Deficit Disorder medication in order to help them buckle down come exam study time. The Back Page does not advocate drug use. Instead of Adderol, just use coffee or Red Bull. And if those aren’t strong enough, why don’t you just make coffee with Red Bull rather than water?

Tiger baseball season ends with loss to Pikeville

The Tiger baseball team took part in the Mid-South Conference tournament this past weekend. Georgetown had the honor of hosting the tournament, welcoming the Cumberlands, Lindsey Wilson, Pikeville, Lambuth and Campbellsville.

The tournament started with the Cumberlands taking an 8-6 win over Pikeville followed by a Lambuth 3-0 loss to Campbellsville. The Tigers would face Lindsey Wilson in their first game of the tournament.
