February 25, 2010 Volume CXXVII Issue 4

Today is the anniversary of Mark Rothko’s suicide. Rothko, the greatest abstract expressionist of the 1950s and 60s produced some of the world’s greatest art. So in order to honor his achievements, I am offering you, my readers, the chance to make cheap imitations of his artwork. Just follow the numbers, or simply make up your own. Remember, it’s all about the pulse of the picture, so go get ‘em hedgehog!
